SHIP IN MAKING

One of the most exciting projects I am working on right now is a wooden sculpture dedicated to maritime traditions in Latvia. It will be installed in one of the coastal villages, where one of the first wooden sailboats was built and active shipbuilding took place. Before winter begins, all essential work on the sculpture, as well as transport and installation into the environment must be completed.

The public opening of this sculpture is scheduled for next year. Then I will share a more detailed description and photos.
